• Increase factory productivity and manageability

Requirements:

• Experience managing food production in the fresh, ready-to-eat, or ultra-fresh category as COO, Factory Director, Production Director, or Head of Production Efficiency
• Practical understanding of the full production cycle: from raw material acceptance and production planning to packaging, storage, and handover of finished products for shipment
• Proven experience in increasing productivity, reducing costs, and minimizing waste
• Experience working in an automated food production facility
• Experience implementing or developing MES/ERP systems
