Director of Food Production

Requirements
- Higher technical or technological education.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Production Director or head of a large production unit.
- Mandatory experience in the food industry (short shelf-life products).
- Experience managing a production team of 300+ employees.
- Practical experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, and operational efficiency improvement projects.
- Experience in production planning, capacity management, and implementing production modernization projects.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP requirements, and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership qualities, systemic thinking, developed management skills, and results-oriented approach.
Will be an advantage
- Experience in launching new production lines and implementing large investment projects.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C ERP, or similar) and production analytics.
