Shchelkovsky MPK (SK Siberian Collection), a frozen meat semi-finished products manufacturer, is seeking an Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage all operational, commercial, production, and financial processes of the company. Your key task is to implement the business development strategy and ensure the achievement of target indicators.
Main Areas of Work:
- Strategic Management — transforming goals into operational plans, adapting to market changes, synchronizing all departments
- Operational Management — managing production, logistics, procurement, quality (HACCP), commerce, and administrative processes
- Financial Control — managing P&L, budgets, investments (CAPEX), cash flows, interacting with banks and investors
- Commercial Block — pricing policy, sales channel management (federal networks, HoReCa, regions, export), product portfolio, working with key clients
- Personnel Management — building an effective top team, KPI and motivation systems, talent pool, corporate culture
- Change Management — implementing ERP, CRM, lean manufacturing, optimizing business processes
- Working with Shareholders and External Environment — regular reporting to owners, representing the company's interests before government bodies and industry communities
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education (economics, management, engineering — preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG Food), with mandatory experience in the frozen products / meat semi-finished products segment
- Management experience at a level no lower than Deputy General Director, Executive Director, or General Director in a company with a turnover of 5 billion rubles or more (at least 5 years)
- Possess key competencies: P&L management, budgeting and investment; successful experience in implementing ERP systems, automation, and "lean manufacturing" principles
- Understanding of the specifics of working with federal retail chains, HoReCa, regional channels, and export
- Experience in implementing large-scale organizational transformations and change management.
- Readiness to work in conditions of high uncertainty and aggressive competition

The candidate must confidently build communication with owners, partners, and government bodies and take full responsibility for their decisions.
