CEO for a Food Production Company
A food production company is seeking a CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Full scope company management, including production, finance, commercial, logistics, HR departments
- Team management (1000+ employees): fostering a culture of leadership, discipline, and responsibility
- Brand management, new product development, and market launch
- Development and implementation of commercial policy, sales system management (distribution, federal and local networks)
- Management of HACCP, GOST, SanPiN standards implementation; development of Lean, Kaizen, 5S practices. Preparation of the enterprise for inspections and audits
- Resource management (cost reduction, resource optimization, labor efficiency increase, etc.). Implementation of metrics that directly impact business growth
- Building an effective reporting system and plan-fact analysis. Preparation of reports for the Board of Directors
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in managing a food production company at a C-level position (CEO, COO, Executive Director)
- Experience in international holdings is of interest
- The company's revenue (where you work/worked) must be at least 8 billion rubles per year; please indicate the company's scale (revenue, number of employees) in your resume
- Strong management competencies, ability to effectively manage professionals
- Ability to work in an environment with high speed of change
Conditions:
- Reporting directly to the business owner
- Income from 25 million per year (salary + KPI + annual bonuses upon plan fulfillment)
- Office in Moscow, production facility in a region
