We are looking for an Operations Director for an FMCG-food company.

Responsibilities:

• Managing operational activities. Coordinating processes in the production, logistics, and procurement blocks.
• Organizing the implementation of new automation technologies, improving logistics chains, reducing operational costs.
• Optimizing business processes. Analyzing current operational activities, implementing improvements, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Coordinating the work of assigned structural units. Ensuring interaction between services and departments of production, logistics, procurement, and other units to achieve common goals.
• Project Management. Planning and implementing major initiatives such as new product launches or process automation.
• Process Management. Managing production and logistics processes.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs): analyzing data on departmental efficiency, adjusting strategy when deviating from the plan, regular reporting to the CEO.
• Financial Control. Monitoring the operational budget, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Managing production processes, logistics, and procurement for the group of companies.
• Personnel Management. Managing the TOP-2 team, motivating employees.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Relevant experience in large-scale food production as CEO, CEO-1

• Work in Voronezh
