VACANCY: Business Transformation Director / Operations Director (Moscow)
Our Client: a large B2B distribution company with an extensive branch network and international presence.
We are looking for a leader to head projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business development.
Key tasks: • transformation and optimization of business processes; • management of procurement, logistics, warehouse infrastructure, and supply chains; • implementation of digital tools and process automation; • management of the operational budget and KPIs; • development of the management team.
We expect: ✔ experience in operational management in large trading, distribution, or retail companies; ✔ successful experience in implementing optimization projects and organizational changes; ✔ strong leadership and management competencies.
💰 Income: fixed from 700,000 ₽ net + bonus (discussed at the interview)
