Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the corporation's long-term business process management strategy
- Formation of process architecture and process management model
- Ensuring compliance of business processes with the corporation's strategic goals
- Implementation of best practices and standards of process management
- Analysis of current business processes, identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in business process management in a managerial position
- Deep understanding of process management and optimization methodologies
- Experience in implementing changes and managing transformation projects
- Strategic thinking and team management skills
