We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project/Product Manager.
The "Engineering" IT portfolio includes a number of core IT projects, products, initiatives, and research aimed at automating aircraft and aero-engine maintenance and repair processes.
You will participate in the creation of modern IT solutions that have no analogues in the Russian market, analyze and develop customer initiatives, as well as independently manage projects and help product teams make decisions aimed at achieving the main goals of the S7 Group of Companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Budget consolidation for projects, resource plan management for teams;
- Understanding of TPU and internal business customer strategies. Development, defense, and execution of the strategy;
- Project development, dissemination to all teams;
- Collection of high-level requirements/needs. Validation of hypotheses and incoming initiatives;
- Planning and prioritization of tasks for the portfolio, cascading tasks to resource centers;
- Building interaction with resource centers, participating in standard setting;
- Regular portfolio reporting, monitoring of key performance indicators;
- Implementation of planned and approved projects;
- Pre-project research, studying the capabilities and experience of existing market solutions, organizing and conducting tenders, managing deals with external suppliers;
- Identification and analysis of project risks;
- Managing stakeholder expectations, forming a vision of the future result, defining project boundaries;
- Tracking and controlling the completion of tasks by project team members, monitoring the completeness and correctness of completed tasks.
What we expect from candidates:
- At least 3 years of practical experience in managing IT projects or products for software development and/or implementation (completed projects are mandatory);
- Experience in budgeting and P&L assessment for IT products and IT projects;
- Experience in forming and executing a strategy/vision for the development of an IT product or related IT products within a single subject area;
- Experience in organizational work and team leadership to accomplish set tasks;
- At least 2 years of experience as a technological or functional expert in one of the following areas: Operations, Engineering;
- Customer interaction experience: approvals, prioritization, change control of requirements. Professional communication skills for building friendly and long-term relationships;
- Experience in contract management, project reporting, acceptance of results, delivery of results to the Customer;
- Ability to build partnership relations with heads of related departments and business representatives;
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes, change work approaches in accordance with internal and external organizational changes. Ability to work with different individuals and groups. Dynamic switching between different types of activities;
- Formalization and competent expression of thoughts/ideas/solutions;
- Ability to predict future results, the connectivity and impact of the result on the system and its individual parts, understanding the necessary sequence of steps to achieve the strategic goal;
- Ability to decompose, optimally allocate resources to achieve set goals, organize activities to achieve them;
- Ability to structure and analyze large volumes of information, Root Cause analysis.
