Who we are looking for
We are looking for a project manager for a large-scale project that includes software enhancement and the supply of a significant volume of equipment. The key task is selecting equipment, working with suppliers, and organizing all project work from planning to handover to the client.

An accredited IT company from Moscow. We develop software, engage in system integration and technical support, including for state defense orders. Our solutions operate where reliability and information security are crucial. Therefore, our infrastructure is real, with strict requirements, and no "workarounds".
Responsibilities
- Project management: planning, timelines, resources, budget, risks.
- Equipment selection based on project requirements: market analysis, comparison of technical and commercial proposals, preparation of selection justification.
- Supplier search, negotiation of prices, delivery times, and terms, contract approval.
- Organization of equipment and component procurement, monitoring of delivery times and quality.
- Organization of incoming inspection of delivered equipment and shipment to the client.
- Organization and control of software and design documentation enhancement by internal departments and external contractors.
- Interaction with the client on project execution matters, preparation and approval of project documentation.
- Control of contractual obligations, preparation of closing documents.
- Organization of software implementation and user training.
- Regular project status reporting to the client and management.
Requirements:
- Project management experience of 3+ years.
- Experience with complex projects involving software implementation and equipment supply.
- Experience in equipment selection (IT, server, network, peripheral) and specification preparation.
- Successful experience in negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers: cost reduction, agreement on delivery times and terms.
- Experience in preparing technical specifications and project reports.
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work with documents, fluent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, responsibility, initiative.
- Higher technical education.
