Project Administrator

A company is looking for a Project Administrator with experience in IT infrastructure implementation and creation projects.

Company: WIT recruitment Salary: 130,000 - 170,000 RUB net Employment Type: Office with business trips to clients within Moscow Location: Moscow

WHAT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

✅ Monitor the activities of the Company's internal departments. ✅ Monitor the activities of partners/clients. ✅ Oversee the operational approval and signing of documents (documentation, contracts, additional agreements, acceptance certificates, invoices) by clients, contractors, and vendors. ✅ Prepare project/task statuses and reports: completed, remaining, plans, deadlines, issues. ✅ Control and adjust project deadlines and plans. ✅ Control and organize work on warranty obligations. ✅ Control and organize timely responses to client emails (requests). ✅ Prepare official letters. ✅ Organize business trips, meetings, and negotiations. ✅ Organize deliveries (equipment, software, documentation). ✅ Organize work at client sites (access, deadlines, approvals, passes, request submission, workspace allocation, and escort). ✅ Prepare presentations and materials for meetings. ✅ Participate in meetings and conference calls (minute-taking, coordinating minutes with participants).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

📎 Experience in engineering/integration IT projects. 📎 At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. 📎 Higher technical education. 📎 Familiarity with project management methodologies. 📎 Excellent communication skills + Positive attitude.
