IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading the team within the project;
• Close interaction with customers: understanding their goals and needs, aligning expectations on deadlines, constraints;
• Supporting, optimizing, and improving processes;
• Managing the project according to the established methodology;
• Planning project implementation, managing priorities, deadlines, and team member workload based on business/client priorities (SLA);
• Task decomposition based on technical implementation capabilities;
• Quickly finding ways to solve assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex IT projects from 5 years;
• Knowledge of all current project management methodologies;
• Good understanding of the IT sphere and the technical part of the project, ideally - a technical background;
• Experience working with a development team using different methodologies;
• Experience working with external customers.
