We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Project Lead)

Project duration: long-term Format: hybrid (2–3 days a week in the office, the rest remotely) Location: Saint Petersburg Office: "Nevskaya Ratusha" Salary: from 200 to 250 thousand rubles. Project: Managing corporate software implementation projects, managing the full project lifecycle, and interacting with the client.

Tasks:

• Project management at all stages of the lifecycle.
• Forming the project work plan and managing deadlines.
• Assembling and managing the project team.
• Analyzing risks, constraints, and finding optimal solutions.
• Interacting with the client, managing expectations, and handling objections.
• Managing project requirements and functional scope.
• Estimating work scope, forming resource plans and budget.
• Assigning tasks to analysts, developers, and other team members.
• Controlling the development, testing, and acceptance of functionality.
• Joint planning of work with product teams.
• Forming and prioritizing the backlog.

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. ✅ Experience in managing the full cycle of implementation projects. ✅ Understanding of software development processes. ✅ Experience in managing project deadlines, resources, and risks. ✅ Skills in interacting with clients and managing their expectations. ✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to take an expert position. ✅ Experience in assigning tasks to the development team and monitoring their execution.

Will be a plus:

⭐️ Experience in implementing projects in the corporate software sphere. ⭐️ Experience working with product teams and backlog management.
