Senior IT Project Manager (e-commerce)

🔥 Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager — a strong project manager in e-commerce.

📍 Moscow, strictly hybrid An accredited IT company. We create complex digital products for major retailers and brands — no conveyor belt, with long-term projects and real product impact.

Responsibilities:

— Manage development projects (launch from scratch or development of existing products). All projects are long-term, large-scale, and challenging. No legacy code and the opportunity to influence the product, sometimes even more than working for the client; — Manage a full-fledged product team; — Manage the task backlog: set priorities, get estimates, manage timing; — Manage the project budget, achieve profitability goals; — Participate in presales at the work organization level, forecast and evaluate the actual project efficiency; — Interact with clients, control the adherence to deadlines and quality requirements, manage contractual and verbal agreements with the client; — In terms of your professional growth perspective — manage client expectations, expand contact persons within a single client, and upsell technically complex, expensive IT solutions (not "off-the-shelf" products). We will definitely provide you with a mentor and all the tools to ensure your development is comprehensive and effective.

Requirements:

— 3–6 years of IT project management experience — Custom development experience (must-have) — Technical background (architecture, integrations) — E-commerce/data project experience — Budget management (from 20 million ₽+) — Responsibility and strong communication skills — Focus on development and long-term cooperation
