Senior Sales Direction Project Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic, product, and commercial projects: defining goals, key metrics, implementation plans, and checkpoints;
- Developing and launching promotional mechanics, motivational, and incentive programs for sales representatives and internal teams;
- Generating and defending project hypotheses and initiatives, preparing well-reasoned proposals for management;
- Creating roadmaps: defining project scope and stages, analyzing risks, and prioritizing tasks;
- Managing project execution: forming teams, coordinating participants, establishing communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations;
- Formalizing requirements, controlling deadlines, resources, and quality of execution, ensuring planned results are achieved;
- Assigning development tasks, organizing testing and implementation of solutions;
- Preparing and presenting project results, conducting post-analysis, preparing documentation and reporting;
- Developing strategic and operational documents, defending project proposals before the team or vertical leader;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and suggesting ways to improve performance.
We expect you to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in vision formation and launching projects or products, process automation, gathering project or product requirements;
- Experience in sales, promotions, loyalty programs;
- Strong analytical skills: ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and make decisions based on them;
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations, and readiness for public speaking;
- Ability to establish contacts and build constructive dialogue with clients and colleagues;
- Understanding of development and project management processes.
