Project Manager in the Recommendations Team

United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ. We are now looking for a Project Manager for the Recommendations Project Office team to work with DS&ML and service teams.

What needs to be done

• Develop and improve cross-team processes;
• Participate in complex integration projects;
• Develop teams, increase motivation and engagement, as well as team maturity level;
• Support the development process: planning, meeting facilitation, methodological support, management of the discovery&delivery process;
• Control development deadlines, participate in task decomposition, track estimates, inform about development progress.

What experience and knowledge are needed

• Have more than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Have experience interacting with complex technical teams;
• Have practical experience with agile methodologies;
• Have experience facilitating group meetings;
• Have experience working with cross-functional teams.
