Wildberries&Russ is looking for a Project Group Lead.
United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
What you will do:
- Lead a project group consisting of a project manager, tech lead, and developers;
- Propose improvements and implement changes in support processes;
- Plan and prioritize the development of support tools;
- Communicate with clients, gather requirements, identify weaknesses;
- Maintain reports on development status and project phases;
- Communicate with development teams, prioritize and plan tasks for support project implementation;
- Prepare technical specifications and plans for refinement/configuration of tools: chatbots, administrative panels, CRM systems;
- Monitor development timelines and project execution.
What experience and knowledge are needed:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager with a technical focus, Technical Support Specialist, or System Analyst;
- Proficient in Scrum, Agile tools and techniques;
- Understand the principles of CRM systems (knowledge of AmoCRM/Bitrix24/other popular CRM as a user or administrator is a plus);
- Have an understanding of how chatbots work (bot builders, messengers, simple scenarios);
- Skills in writing technical specifications and User Stories. Basic understanding of API, SQL databases, HTML, JavaScript, Python, logs;
- Proficient in tools: Jira, Confluence/Miro, Excel/Google docs, sheets, presentations).
