Project Manager (Magnit OMNI)

We are looking for a Project Manager who knows how to negotiate with regulators and understands courier logistics from the inside.

Currently, our flagship product 'Magnit Delivery' is actively scaling, and we need a strong project manager to help elevate interaction with government bodies and internal processes to a new level.

Who are we looking for?

We need a specialist who is not afraid of bureaucratic challenges and understands the inner workings of courier delivery. This position is for those who want to influence processes used by millions of people across the country.

What will you be doing:

• Managing projects for the development of courier services.
• Building effective negotiations with government authorities.
• Implementing new regional requirements for courier operations and adapting processes accordingly.
• Participating in improving delivery service quality and implementing changes based on regulator requests.

What we expect from you:

• Project management experience of 2+ years.
• Proficiency in Jira / YouTrack.
• Experience with SMZ (contracts, payments, taxes).
• Confident Excel and basic SQL skills.
• Most importantly: successful experience negotiating with government bodies.
• Understanding of courier delivery operational processes.
