Requirements
Business Engineer with a minimum or no experience in government institutions(!) PM with strong soft skills. - proficiency in task tracker
- Knowledge of 1C-Retail architecture (ideally, participation in development)
- Good knowledge of logistics processes, experience with WMS, preferably: YMS, TMS
- MS Office A large and very active, busy project with changing priorities depending on the situation. A manager is needed who can navigate a large volume of tasks from Business to IT, preferably with experience in system analysis or at least business analysis.
What will need to be done:
Take full responsibility for project administration and backlog management of tasks, deadlines, and deviations.
Work with both top management of the Company and the final task executors. Sometimes dive into details to be able to build a dialogue with the business - not just to take a task and push the team, but also to explain that the task may be irrelevant, or there are no resources, or "substitute anything".
A tenacious project manager who has already worked at this pace and is ready to easily repeat it.
