Your tasks:
Interaction with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Real Estate departments):
- Participation in developing new IT initiatives and finding optimal solutions for business needs
- Analysis of user requests and preparation of requirements descriptions
- Participation in the preparation of technical specifications
- Assistance in planning and prioritizing tasks
- Monitoring the status of initiatives accepted for implementation
Interaction with the IT team and contractors:
- Communication with analysts, developers, and testers during task implementation phases
- Participation in discussions of business requirements implementation options
- Task assignment and monitoring their completion
- Participation in verifying the completeness of requirement implementation, solution testing, and implementation support
- Monitoring the resolution of errors after changes are released to the production environment
Coordination of IT tasks and system support:
- Participation in the operational resolution of incidents affecting user and business application performance
- Coordination of actions of internal specialists and contractors in critical situations
- Participation in the financial closing period processes in 1C systems
- Support for planned and unplanned updates of 1C corporate systems:
Our expectations:
- Knowledge of 1C:UPP, 1C:UH, 1C:ZUP, 1C:DO
- Knowledge of HR accounting, accounting, and management accounting
- Ability to find common ground with different process participants: business users, department heads, developers, and contractors
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear tasks for the IT team
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Skills in managing multiple parallel tasks
