Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate the work of the 1C development team;
• Plan and prioritize tasks in collaboration with internal customers;
• Monitor task completion deadlines and adherence to agreements;
• Distribute workload among team members;
• Conduct meetings with customers and developers;
• Analyze the company's business processes and identify automation needs;
• Collect, structure, and formalize business requirements;
• Prepare functional specifications and technical tasks for developers;
• Participate in solution design with the team;
• Accept completed modifications, organize testing, and support the implementation of changes;
• Control the quality of implemented functionality and its compliance with business requirements;
• Assess the impact of changes on related processes and ensure system integrity.

Requirements:

• Experience as a 1C analyst, lead analyst, or project coordinator for 2-3 years or more;
• Solid knowledge of one or more configurations:
  • 1C:Trade Management;
  • 1C:ERP;
  • 1C:Complex Automation;
• Understanding of the 1C platform architecture and main system objects;
• Good understanding of trade company business processes: sales, procurement, inventory accounting, goods movement, mutual settlements, pricing;
• Understanding of management accounting logic and the interrelation of accounting objects in the system;
• Experience in preparing technical tasks and specifications for developers;
• Ability to analyze the impact of changes on existing functionality and consider potential risks;
• Experience interacting with developers and internal customers;
• Strong organizational skills, ability to plan team work and control task execution.
