Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers
- Preparing technical specifications (TS)
- Assigning tasks to developers and monitoring their completion
- Testing improvements and handing over results to customers
- Planning, assembling, launching, and closing sprints
- Supporting 1C users: consultations, processing requests, and implementing additional requirements
- Developing and maintaining the up-to-date accompanying documentation for software
- Organizing and controlling the documentation process
- Supporting modified configurations, updating 1C software products
- Monitoring and controlling the installation of software updates
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Experience with 1C configurations: ZUP, UT, Document Management, Enterprise
- At least 3 years of experience as a 1C analyst, business analyst, or 1C implementation specialist
- Understanding of 1C integration mechanisms with external systems is mandatory. Experience in such integrations will be an advantage.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive business process analysis
- Experience in developing technical specifications and other project documentation
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies
- Experience in interacting and negotiating with customers
- Experience working with the Confluence system
- Confident knowledge of the functional capabilities of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform
- Possession of 1C certificates will be an advantage
