Currently, we are looking for a 1C Analyst who will update 1C-ZUP, consult users, adapt processes to legislation, and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of business requirements, identification of the customer's true needs;
- Development of detailed technical specifications and functional requirements, ready for transfer to development without repeated clarifications;
- Task management and interaction with development: transferring tasks to development, monitoring the timeliness of task implementation, accepting results;
- Organizing testing of developed tasks and complex integration blocks, writing test cases, participating in testing updates for standard 1C releases;
- Preparation of documentation (technical specifications, instructions, regulations);
- Description of business processes;
- User support when working with the system (3rd line support), analysis of incident causes;
- Tracking changes in legislation and industry methodological recommendations for timely updating of system requirements and functionality.
Requirements:
- Experience with "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", edition 3.1 for at least 3 years;
- At least 2 years in the role of an analyst, consultant-analyst, or lead consultant on implementation, development, or support projects;
- Practical experience in independently managing tasks: from identifying and agreeing on needs to accepting results, preparing documentation, and transferring to users;
- Deep knowledge of the standard functionality of "1C: ZUP 3.1" in the areas of HR accounting, payroll calculation, personal income tax, insurance contributions, and regulatory reporting;
- Ability to diagnose the causes of errors in HR data and calculations, propose and justify solutions: configuring standard functionality, changing business processes, or system enhancements;
- Proficiency in methods for identifying and analyzing requirements: conducting interviews and working meetings with customers, analyzing current processes, identifying goals and constraints, agreeing on survey results;
- Ability to formalize business and functional requirements into clear specifications for developers: description of scenarios, calculation rules, input and output data, constraints, integration interactions, acceptance criteria, and affected processes;
- Skill in preparing project, technical, and user documentation: description of business processes, functional specifications, instructions, regulations, training materials;
- Experience in preparing test cases and test data, conducting functional and acceptance testing;
- Understanding of the data structure and key objects of the ZUP 3.1 configuration; ability to use the query console and read simple 1C queries for data analysis and error diagnostics;
- Understanding of principles for estimating development effort and task decomposition; ability to refine estimates with the developer;
- Ability to analyze legislative changes, determine their impact on ZUP processes and configurations, prepare requirements for implementation, and participate in accepting changes;
- Developed communication skills: independent interaction with internal customers, HR, payroll specialists, accounting, and the development team; ability to clearly explain solutions and record agreements.
Desirable:
- "1C: Specialist-Consultant" certificate for "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" or "1C: Specialist" certificate for the "1C: Enterprise 8" platform;
- Experience in configuring and supporting ZUP integrations with external systems and other 1C databases: description of exchange formats and rules, error analysis, data reconciliation.
