1C:UPP 3.1 Analyst

We are looking for a 1C:UPP analyst who will become the link between the business and the development team. You will participate in the system's development, analyze requirements, support enhancements, and consult users.

🧠 What we expect:

— at least 3 years of experience as a 1C analyst, including with 1C:UPP 3.1; — excellent knowledge of the 1C:UPP 3.1 configuration; — knowledge of HR accounting and payroll calculation; — experience interacting with business customers, conducting meetings and interviews; — experience in modeling and describing business processes; — experience in preparing and agreeing on technical specifications; — experience in managing and maintaining master data (MDM); — understanding of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform mechanisms (СКД, integrations, standard mechanisms).

🔧 What you will do:

— gather and analyze business requirements; — model and describe business processes, identify functional gaps; — participate in the design of architecture, functionality, and system settings; — support the implementation of enhancements and monitor their completion deadlines; — conduct acceptance testing (testing) of enhancements and standard updates; — perform functional system administration; — develop user instructions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base; — consult and train users; — participate in discussing methodological issues with the customer.
