Format: office\hybrid (after probation period) (Moscow, Borovitskaya metro station)

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an expert ready to lead the process of transformation and automation of accounting.
Your task is to transition accounting to an efficient digital model, minimize manual labor, and ensure data transparency.
🚀 Key Tasks
- Accounting Transformation: transferring accounting to an optimized model to improve process efficiency.
- Business Analysis: auditing current processes, identifying areas for automation, and unifying accounting forms in 1C.
- Requirements Management: forming and describing functional requirements for system enhancements.
- Technical Specification Development: formalizing business logic and setting clear tasks for IT specialists.
- Development Control: accompanying the implementation process, testing changes, and accepting ready solutions.
- Standardization: reducing manual operations and implementing unified methodological approaches to accounting.
🛠 Configuration Stack:
- Mandatory experience and deep understanding of the architecture: 1C 8.3: ERP, BP, ZUP.
- Industry solutions: Avankor, BitFinance, NKO.
Requirements:
- Experience: from 5 years in a similar role (PM/Lead Analyst).
- Methodology: deep knowledge of all areas of accounting.
- Specifics: proficiency in 1C: EPS (Unified Chart of Accounts)
- Skills: ability to speak the same language with both accountants and developers.
