We are currently searching for a 1C Analyst. We are looking for a full-time employee to join our staff.

What needs to be done:
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from business units (purchasing, production, sales, warehouse);
- Analyzing cash register documentation and warehouse data in retail context, skills in working with cash register equipment, exchanges between 1C databases;
- Configuring and optimizing processes in 1C:UNF, accounting modules, ZUP, retail, document management;
- Monitoring developer tasks: assignment, acceptance, testing;
- User training, solution documentation, post-implementation support.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Confident experience with one or more 1C configurations: Accounting, ZUP, UNF, Retail, ERP, UAT;
- Experience in implementing integrations with various databases/external systems;
- Knowledge of 1C mechanisms, configurations, exchanges, limitations;
- Skills in testing, task acceptance, interaction with developers;
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, explain solutions to the business.
