Responsibilities:
- Collection and formalization of business requirements from the accounting, financial, and HR departments
- Modeling and optimization of regulated accounting processes (RUS GAAP/Tax Accounting), management accounting, treasury, payroll calculation, and HR accounting within the corporate IT environment
- Designing solutions and configuring "1C:ERP", "1C:ZUP", "1C:BP" systems, preparing high-quality technical specifications for developers and testing scenarios
- Designing and controlling integrations within the environment (ERP ↔ ZUP ↔ BP) and exchanges with external systems: marketplaces, own websites via API, banks, and electronic document management.
- Mutual substitution (backup) of the second lead 1C analyst during their absence: operational support for procurement, sales, production, and warehouse logistics processes in 1C:ERP.
- Coordinating project work between developers, contractors, key users, and IT infrastructure.
- Participating in the transition to new system releases ("1C:ERP", "1C:ZUP", "1C:BP"), controlling the correctness of accounting mechanism updates and data migration.
- Estimating effort, planning sprints/projects, controlling the quality and deadlines of tasks performed by developers.
- Training users of accounting blocks and first-line 1C technical support specialists.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a 1C system analyst/consultant
- Mandatory experience with 1C ERP, 1C BP
- Experience in implementing and developing blocks: regulated accounting, treasury, integrations with other systems
