1C Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Forming technical specifications for programmers based on customer business requirements (1C: Complex Automation, 1C: Accounting);
• Conducting business analysis, identifying and documenting requirements;
• Developing instructions and methodological materials for users;
• Consulting users and answering questions on system operation;
• Consulting users in the 1C: KA system;
• Setting up and developing reports.

Requirements:

• Experience from 3 years in a relevant role;
• Deep knowledge of the 1C platform and standard configurations;
• Proficiency in business analysis methods;
• Knowledge of the market and modern standards in the field of 1C development and support;
• Higher professional education (welcomed);
• Fixing accounting errors, tasks not related to standard configurations;
• Knowledge of the Chart of Accounts;
• Independent period closing (month, quarter, year);
• Knowledge of the main tax system (OSNO), simplified tax system (STS) (Income), STS (Income minus expenses) for LLC, NKO;
• Knowledge of the specifics of accounting and taxation for NKO activities (Charitable Foundations, ANO);
• Knowledge of separate accounting for subsidy and grant agreements;
• Understanding of the organization of management accounting based on accounting (by divisions, business lines, cost centers, accounts, etc.);
• Experience with intangible assets, licenses, royalties, subsidies;
• Skills in using bank-client systems. Forming payment orders in 1C, importing documents into 1C, exporting documents from 1C, EDI;
• Knowledge of statutory, operational, and management accounting, HR accounting, payroll calculation.
