Position: 1C Analyst
Grade: Senior

Format: remote from RF, RB (with a legal entity in RF), long-term, Sole Proprietor/ LLC

✔️Main tasks
-Participation in the import substitution project of a foreign accounting and management accounting system to the 1C system
-Validation of project solutions on the customer side
-Participation in acceptance testing
-Participation in the system launch on the customer side
-Support and development of the system after the completion of the import substitution project, as well as Writing of the Functional Specification (FS) and Technical Specification (TS) for the development of forms, programs, reports within the 1C system
- Testing of completed developments
-Communication with the vendor, contractor specialists, specialists from related departments.
✔️Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience as a lead 1C project analyst -At least 2 projects with the role of functional leader for Management Accounting, Consolidation and Group Reporting, Treasury, Budgeting blocks
- Experience with 1C: Holding Management (Limit Control, Procurement, Treasury, IFRS, Consolidation)
- Experience in conducting surveys and formulating requirements for functionality, designing accounting processes
- Experience in forming functional gaps (prioritization, effort estimation, impact on updates), searching for alternative options
- Experience in creating functional and technical specifications for system modifications, high standards for the quality of technical documentation
- User training experience
- Ability to work under high load and responsibility, prioritize tasks
- Result-oriented and deadline-driven, ability to work in a team
✔️Additional requirements:
- Knowledge of business process modeling notations
- Education or work experience in the financial and economic sphere - - Accounting and/or IFRS certification
- Mandatory experience in designing one or more blocks: IFRS, Treasury, Budgetary Control, and Management Accounting – in the role of block lead or functional architect
