Mir Spetsiy Group of Companies** is looking for a candidate for the position of 1C System Analyst!

Mir Spetsiy Russian production and trading group of companies, a leader in the production of ingredients and spices for the meat processing industry, was founded in 2005 and today represents a dynamically developing structure.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of current company business processes ("as is"), identification of problems.
- Formalization of customer requirements, preparation of technical specifications.
- Design of business processes and accounting models in the state ("to be").
- Modeling processes in information systems, identifying functional gaps, proposing solutions for them.
- Development of technical solution architecture, including conceptual and technical design.
- Assigning tasks to developers and other project team members, monitoring their execution.
- Acceptance of technical solution implementation results, participation in testing.
- Organizing the commissioning of changes and improvements, user support.
- Preparation and updating of user, project, and technical documentation.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in information technology, applied mathematics, or system analysis.
- Practical experience in implementing and supporting one or more solutions based on 1C:ERP, 1C:ZUP, 1C:Enterprise Resource Planning (1C:ERP), 1C:Accounting 3.0 (1C:BP3) is mandatory.
- Ability to analyze business processes, formalize requirements, develop data and process models.
- Experience in writing technical documentation: technical specifications, specifications, diagrams, instructions.
- Knowledge of the principles of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.
- User interaction skills.
- Responsibility, systemic thinking, attention to detail.
