1C Analyst (Manufacturing Projects, ERP/WMS)
The company specializes in the development and implementation of solutions on the 1C platform. We implement complex projects for clients from various industries, focusing on manufacturing and logistics systems. We work with 1C:ERP and 1C:WMS configurations.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a 1C Analyst with experience in full-cycle manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements (from user interviews to task definition for development);
- Developing and approving technical specifications;
- Business process modeling (BPMN, UML — as an advantage);
- Participating in the implementation of solutions based on 1C:ERP in the manufacturing module;
- Working during the pilot operation phase (ОПЭ);
- Testing enhancements and accepting functionality from developers;
- Consulting users and transferring solutions to operational use;
- Preparing user documentation and instructions;
- Interacting with development teams, clients, and related systems (including warehouse and logistics systems).
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a 1C Analyst in implementation projects (participation in 1C:ERP projects is mandatory);
- Practical experience in full-cycle manufacturing projects;
- Understanding the specifics of complex, phased, dynamic manufacturing (without assembly line planning);
- Experience participating in the pilot operation phase within the manufacturing module;
- Experience implementing or participating in 1C:WMS projects;
- Understanding of warehouse logistics: address (cellular) storage, goods movement;
- Experience working with TSD (mobile data collection terminals);
- Knowledge of labeling processes (a plus — experience with EGAIS);
- Ability to translate business needs into formalized requirements and technical specifications;
- Communication skills: ability to explain complex things in simple terms;
- Independence, responsibility, readiness for remote work.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience integrating 1C with external systems (WMS, TSD, labeling);
- Understanding of production accounting and planning in 1C:ERP;
- Experience working in implementation teams with role separation (analyst / architect / developer).
