Why learn 1C in 2026?

What you will do:
- Consult and configure the program for the client's tasks through remote connection.
- Train client employees to work in 1C.
- Independently find and fix errors in client accounting.
- Perform integrations with other software.
- Develop your knowledge in subject areas and share your experience with the team.
What kind of "you" are we looking for:
- You have experience working in a 1C franchise in a similar position.
- You understand accounting methodology, grasp the principles of profit and cost calculation, as well as the logic of trading and manufacturing businesses.
- Deep proficiency in 1C:Accounting. You know 1C:Accounting perfectly (or are close to it), understand its object model, logic of operation, and can independently perform administration and configuration.
- Understanding the specifics of accounting in HOAs/Housing Cooperatives will be an advantage.
- You are capable of independently finding and proposing solutions for complex and non-trivial tasks.
- You have experience performing integrations of 1C with other information systems.
- It is critically important that you communicate easily with people, as all our work involves a large amount of communication.
