1C Analyst (Production Projects, ERP/WMS)
The company specializes in the development and implementation of solutions on the 1C platform. We implement complex projects for clients from various industries, focusing on production and logistics systems. We work with 1C:ERP and 1C:WMS configurations.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a 1C analyst with experience in full-cycle production projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements (from user interviews to task definition for development);
- Development and approval of technical specifications;
- Business process modeling (BPMN, UML — as an advantage);
- Participation in the implementation of 1C:ERP based solutions in the production environment;
- Work during the pilot operation phase (OPE);
- Testing of enhancements and acceptance of functionality from developers;
- User consulting and handover of solutions for operation;
- Preparation of user documentation and instructions;
- Interaction with development teams, the client, and related systems (including warehouse and logistics).
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a 1C analyst in implementation projects (participation in 1C:ERP projects is mandatory);
- Practical experience in full-cycle production projects;
- Understanding of the specifics of complex, phased, dynamic production (without preliminary batch processing);
- Experience participating in the OPE phase within the production environment;
- Experience implementing or participating in 1C:WMS projects;
- Understanding of warehouse logistics: zone (cellular) storage, goods movement;
- Experience working with TSD (mobile data collectors);
- Knowledge of marking processes (an advantage — experience with EGAIS);
- Ability to translate business needs into formalized requirements and technical specifications;
- Communication skills: ability to explain complex things in simple terms;
- Independence, responsibility, readiness for remote work.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience integrating 1C with external systems (WMS, TSD, marking);
- Understanding of production accounting and planning in 1C:ERP;
- Experience working in implementation teams with role separation (analyst / architect / developer).
