Senior 1C Developer
United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
What you need to do
- Develop architectural solutions and design systems.
- Independently solve the most complex and non-standard tasks.
- Optimize system performance and integrate new features.
- Interact with developers, in certain cases delegate tasks and monitor their completion.
- Interact with clients and business analysts to understand business requirements and their technical implementations.
- Apply expert knowledge in accounting to develop optimal solutions for automating this area.
- Train and mentor less experienced programmers.
What experience and knowledge are needed
- Ability to participate in coordinating the work of developers and consultants
- Ability to form a long-term strategy for system development and optimization
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of 1C – from setting rights to the intricacies of server cluster operation.
- Expert understanding of business processes
- Ability to find common ground with clients or teams, analyze tasks and propose optimal solutions
- Ability to see the big picture: how the system works, what risks are involved in its use, how updates and extensions affect it
- Expert knowledge in accounting – to develop the most optimal solutions for automating this area.
- Work experience of 5+ years
