We are looking for a 1C Senior Developer – not just to write code, but to design solutions that can withstand company growth and high loads. We have a mature team, clear processes (agile, sprint, code review, planning), and tasks that require real expertise.
What you will be doing:
- Formulate technical solutions based on business requirements, assess risks and alternatives;
- Lead major enhancements in [BUH/ZUP] – from architecture to release;
- Speed up slow areas: reports, closings, mass processing, data exchanges;
- Build reliable integrations with CRM, BI, internal services;
- Help colleagues grow: analyze complex cases, conduct reviews, share best practices.
What we expect from you:
- Senior level: you don’t wait for ready-made technical specifications, you know how to clarify requirements and suggest optimal options;
- 4+ years of commercial experience in 1C, real experience in large-scale implementations;
- Deep understanding of the platform: locks, transactions, background jobs, working with large volumes of data;
- Understanding of workflow and the importance of code quality;
- Experience in optimizing queries and СКД (report layout system), ability to read database query plans;
- Experience with data exchanges and integrations, understanding of REST/SOAP and data formats.
