We are looking for a 1C Developer for project-based employment.
Grade: Senior
Rate: from 288K to 316K
Citizenship/Location: Russian Federation
Workload: full-time
Duration: long-term
Employment: sole proprietorship only
Mandatory technical competencies
- Experience in commercial development on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for over 6 years.
- Expert knowledge of the 1C query language, including writing complex queries, working with temporary tables, and understanding execution plans.
- Deep knowledge of the Data Composition System (DCS) at the level of programmatic report generation, non-standard drill-downs, and working with complex layouts.
- Understanding of REST API architecture and principles of building integration gateways.
- Confident practical experience in implementing HTTP services and Web services on the 1C side, as well as integration with third-party systems (JSON).
- Knowledge of 1C development standards and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Experience in performance profiling, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing high-load databases (Data Control Center, APDEX, technological journal).

- Experience in conducting Code Reviews, the ability to argue one's point of view and provide constructive feedback.
- Independence in making technical decisions and willingness to take responsibility for them.
