1C Programmer Senior / Lead 1C Developer

SLOTEX JSC is looking for a Senior / Lead 1C Programmer for its IT department. The role is needed for complex 1C tasks, migration from UPP to ERP, integration with Bitrix24, EDMS, and external platforms, as well as for improving the reliability of the company's entire 1C environment.

We need not just a strong task performer, but a technically independent developer who can design solutions, identify risks, understand integrations, work with data, and help the Head of the IT department make technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex customizations in 1C UPP, 1C ERP, 1C ZUP, and 1C Accounting 8.3.

• Participate in the migration from UPP to ERP: analyze current customizations, transfer logic, prepare data, reconcile, test, and control risks.

• Design and support 1C integrations with Bitrix24 / Service Desk.

• Design and support integrations with EDMS, 1C-EDMS, SBIS, Diadoc / Kontur, and other external platforms.

• Work with REST / SOAP, HTTP services, webhooks, JSON, XML, file exchanges, scheduled tasks, and logging.

• Control the reliability of exchanges: data completeness, errors, resends, reconciliations, monitoring, absence of duplicates and losses.

• Optimize heavy queries, reports, custom tools, scheduled tasks, and problematic code sections.

• Participate in solution reviews, assist Middle developers, and interact with contractors.

What is important to us

Required

• Strong experience in development on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

• Deep practical experience with 1C UPP.

• Experience with 1C ERP or participation in the migration from 1C UPP to 1C ERP.

• Experience with 1C ZUP and 1C Accounting 8.3 at the level of customizations, data exchanges, and data interaction.

• Experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations: REST/SOAP, HTTP services, JSON/XML, scheduled exchanges, logging, error handling.

• Experience or willingness to deeply work with 1C integrations with Bitrix24, EDMS, 1C-EDMS, SBIS, Diadoc / Kontur, and external platforms.

• Ability to independently analyze a task, propose a technical solution, estimate timelines, risks, and impact on related systems.

• Careful work with the production environment, test databases, releases, rollback plans, and documentation.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in a manufacturing company: production, warehousing, procurement, sales, cost accounting, month-end closing.

• Experience participating in ERP implementation or UPP -> ERP migration as a lead developer / technical specialist.

• Experience with integrations with websites, CRMs, customer portals, transport, warehouse, commercial, or other external systems.

• Experience in team development: configuration repository, EDT, Git, code review, test databases, release rules.

• Experience in diagnosing performance, locks, heavy reports, and large databases.

Conditions

• Work location: 64 Industrialny Ave. Office-based work. In the future, a hybrid format / partial remote work is possible based on performance and agreement with the manager.

• Work schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Friday from 9:00 to 17:00).

• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
