🎯 Mandatory Requirements: • Experience in 1C 8.3 development from 2 years (real commercial experience, not just standard updates). • Languages: confident SQL (MS SQL or PostgreSQL) — writing complex queries, understanding query plans, identifying bottlenecks. • 1C:Enterprise 8: Development experience from 5 years. Confident command of the built-in language, platform 8.3 (managed forms, queries, СКД, common modules, managers). • 1C:TLE: Deep knowledge of the 1C:Transport Logistics and Forwarding configuration — understanding the structure of documents, registers, routing and tariffing algorithms. • 1C:ERP: Experience in modifying 1C:ERP Holding Management or 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2, understanding the structure of exchange with logistics modules. • Kontur.Diadoc (EDI): MANDATORY experience in setting up and developing electronic document exchange via Kontur.Diadoc. Knowledge of the e-CMR (electronic consignment note) scenario — XML file format, request structure, status processing. • Integrations: Experience in setting up exchanges via Web-services (REST/SOAP), HTTP requests, XML file export/import, working with cryptography (digital signatures). • Tools: Experience working with conflicts in the configuration repository, extension technology.

⚡️ Will be a plus: • Understanding of the transport logistics domain (ECT waybill, PL-GSM, working with trailers, subcontractors). • Experience in writing mobile applications on the 1C platform (for drivers/warehouse staff). • Skills in working with Git (or analogues) in a team, ability to pass Code Review.
