We operate in three areas:

1. Automation of management reporting (BI) in small and medium-sized businesses. We build data warehouses, set up collection and integration, and develop reports and dashboards. Our BI stack includes all modern tools, including open-source software.

2. Custom development of analytical systems. When our client has a specific request, we develop analytical systems from scratch. We often apply BigData, Data Science approaches, and current methods for data analysis and forecasting.

3. Launch and resource provision for development teams in complex digital transformation projects. We strengthen our partners' and clients' teams with our own employees and ensure the fastest possible start to new projects. Our clients include large system integrators, banks, oil and gas, chemical production, logistics companies, and startups.

We are currently inviting a 1C Programmer who can lead development with the "Retail" configuration on a project basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software based on 1C
• Handle external integrations and integrations between 1C configurations

Our requirements for candidates:

• Experience in 1C development in retail (40+ stores);
• Deep understanding of "Chestny Znak" (Honest Sign) labeling;
• Experience with POS systems (cash registers);
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with 1C:Retail at a lead developer level;
• Ability to independently solve tasks based on technical specifications and process descriptions;
• Skill in understanding third-party and complex code, performing quality refactoring with a high level of immersion;
• Integration experience: websites, related systems, data exchange via RIB;
• Proficiency in development standards.
