Lead 1C Analyst (Operational Contour / 1C:ERP Holding Management)

We are looking for a Lead 1C Analyst for the development and support project of the operational contour of 1C:ERP Holding Management. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing project solutions, evaluating the capabilities of standard functionality, and developing solutions together with the client.

🧠 What we expect:

— at least 3 years of experience as a 1C analyst in ERP system implementation or development projects; — experience specifically in designing and analyzing solutions (not just support and maintenance); — deep knowledge of the functional blocks of 1C:ERP Holding Management:

📌 Sales — pricing; — discounts and promotions; — customer orders; — margin; — limits.

📌 Procurement — procurement planning; — supplier orders; — receipts; — warehouse orders.

📌 Treasury — payment calendar; — bank statements; — payment linkage to orders; — mutual settlements.

📌 Production (actual) — product release; — actual cost (will be an advantage).

🔧 What you will be doing:

— analyzing project solutions (FM) for implementability in standard 1C:ERP Holding Management; — evaluating functionality: what is covered by standard features, and where customizations are needed; — creating test cases in the test environment; — demonstrating solutions and scenarios to the client; — participating in the configuration and verification of standard 1C:ERP mechanisms; — testing and debugging implemented solutions; — working with reporting and data analysis.

🛠 Technical Skills:

— configuration of standard 1C:ERP mechanisms (registers, documents, agreements); — confident testing and debugging of solutions; — understanding of report operation in 1C (universal report, query console); — understanding of data structure and ERP logic.

➕ Will be a plus:

— experience with WMS; — knowledge of serial accounting; — experience with integrations with TSD (mobile data collection terminals); — experience with ERP integration solutions.
