About Us
The Client Accounting division team is responsible for supporting and developing non-standard information systems that ensure accounting and communication with 1,000,000 clients, loyalty program operation, and processing of 500,000 discount cards. The division's systems are among the key ones in the company's IT landscape and are integrated with 14 internal systems using various data exchange mechanisms.
This year, the division teams are implementing projects for deep refactoring of bonus accounting, transferring bonus calculation functions to their accounting system, calculating the cost of mailings, and segmenting the client base. Our BoscoCRM system is participating in a pilot project for the implementation of 1C:Bus, which will be the first step towards a centralized integration architecture for the company.
We are currently looking for a 1C Programmer to strengthen the team during a period of active changes: they will participate in the implementation of new functional blocks, assist with the analysis and modification of existing code, and support the system's development at a technical level.
What you will be doing:
- Implementing system requirements: writing code, configuring the system interface, developing reporting forms, undergoing code reviews and SonarQube static analysis.
- Developing integration mechanisms: configuring data exchange between systems using HTTP-services, KD2, and 1C:Bus technologies.
- Participating in the preparation of technical specifications: working with analysts to formalize requirements, proposing technical solutions, and influencing architecture.
- Technical analysis: understanding system logic by analyzing source code.
- Release management: preparing and regularly releasing system updates with enhancements implemented by the team.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience as a 1C programmer.
- Solid command of development and modification skills for application solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8.x platform.
- Experience with custom 1C configurations or heavily customized ones.
- Understanding of client-server architecture principles.
- Willingness to help colleagues develop and contribute to common tasks.
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have experience in team development with clearly defined roles: architect, analyst, tester.
- Are familiar with group development processes in GIT and EDT.
- Show initiative, proposing solutions for faster results.
What we offer:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 (shift possible).
- Suitable work format of your choice: office, hybrid, remote.
- Powerful workstations and two monitors for comfortable work.
- Voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage after the probation period.
- Corporate discounts at GUM food outlets.
