Mandatory requirements

• Expertise in sales planning and inventory management;
• Skills in interviewing, describing, and approving target processes;
• Experience in preparing presentation materials for top management, preparing Functional Specifications (FS), modeling processes in Optimacros‼️
• Experience in the agricultural sector, vegetable growing (any other consumer goods will be considered).

Project tasks

• Interviewing and identifying bottlenecks;
• Designing the target process (sales planning, replenishment planning, inventory management);
• Preparing FS and Non-functional Requirements (NFR) for automation.

Project and team description: Business process optimization in the agro-industry Project stack: Java Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, Redis. Team: 130 people: BE, FE, Andriod, Flutter, SA, DM, DevOps, Arch, L2, UX/UI.
