Product Analyst

Required Experience: 3 to 6 years Full-time, 5/2

Location: Moscow, BC “Bruce Premier office”, Bryusov per., 2/14, bldg. 9 (m. Library named after Lenin)

You will be working in the Data Management Department: the team is responsible for the development of operational BI reporting, BigData, ML & Data Science.

We invite a Product Analyst to join our team for the Commercial Products Development direction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Gather requirements from the business and form a technical specification for the development team (Data Engineers, Python Engineers, BI Developers)
2. Test improvements in tables, models, and reports
3. Develop and maintain reports in Power BI (if necessary — in Streamlit) to track product KPIs
4. Design and optimize data models, control their quality
5. Prepare and maintain technical and analytical documentation
6. Analyze product metrics for the direction
7. Formulate hypotheses for improving commercial products, conduct A/B tests and evaluate their results
8. Monitor key product indicators and identify bottlenecks
9. Prepare analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders
10. Participate in building analytics systems and automating data collection

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

1. At least 2.5 years of experience in product analytics in the commercial direction
2. Ability to interact with clients, propose and defend your hypotheses
3. Experience in forming a metric system from scratch
4. Experience in solving product optimization tasks
5. Skills in using A/B testing
6. Experience with BI tools (Qlik, Superset, Power BI, or similar)
7. SQL skills and experience working with large data arrays
8. Ability to structure and visualize data
