We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst for a major retailer project ๐ฅ
๐ Responsibilities: โช๏ธ 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst ๐ โช๏ธ SQL, Greenplum/PostgreSQL ๐๏ธ โช๏ธ Python ๐ โช๏ธ A/B tests and experimental design with control groups ๐งช โช๏ธ Evaluation of the incremental effect of campaigns ๐ โช๏ธ Building analytical models, including propensity models, offer value models, and uplift models ๐ค โช๏ธ BI tools ๐ โช๏ธ Ability to work in a cross-functional product team ๐ค
โ Will be a plus: โช๏ธ Experience in retail, CRM, or CVM ๐๏ธ โช๏ธ Experience in solving linear and integer programming optimization problems ๐งฉ โช๏ธ Experience in building end-to-end pipelines, campaign automation, and model quality monitoring ๐ง โช๏ธ Experience with CI/CD and ML service maintenance ๐

๐ Tasks: โช๏ธ Development of uplift models to assess the incremental impact of communications and offers on customer behavior ๐ โช๏ธ Building propensity and offer value models for clients ๐ฏ โช๏ธ Ranking offers at the "client ร offer" level ๐งฎ โช๏ธ Solving linear and integer programming problems for offer distribution considering budget, contact policy, and business constraints ๐ฐ โช๏ธ Building data and feature preparation pipelines, regular score recalculation, and campaign automation ๐ โช๏ธ Monitoring model quality and supporting the end-to-end process ๐ โช๏ธ Designing and evaluating experiments with control groups ๐งช โช๏ธ Preparing reports on the incremental effect of campaigns ๐ โช๏ธ Developing product and ad-hoc analytics ๐ โช๏ธ Participation in the deployment and maintenance of ML services, as well as in building CI/CD infrastructure ๐ ๏ธ
