We specialize in hiring IT specialists for project-based employment.
Currently, we are looking for a Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Development of uplift models to assess the incremental effect of communications and offers on customer behavior.
- Building models for customer propensity and offer value.
- Ranking offers at the "customer × offer" level.
- Solving linear and integer programming problems for offer allocation considering budget, contact policy, and business constraints.
- Building data and feature preparation pipelines, regular score recalculation, and campaign automation.
- Monitoring model quality and supporting the end-to-end pipeline.
- Designing and evaluating experiments with control groups.
- Preparing reports on the incremental effect of campaigns.
- Developing product and ad-hoc analytics.
- Participating in the deployment and support of ML services, as well as in building CI/CD infrastructure.
Requirements:
- From 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- SQL, Greenplum/PostgreSQL.
- Python.
- A/B tests and experiment design with control groups.
- Evaluation of the incremental effect of campaigns.
- Building analytical models, including propensity, offer value, and uplift models.
- BI tools.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional product team.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in retail, CRM, or CVM.
- Experience solving linear and integer programming optimization problems.
- Experience building end-to-end pipelines, campaign automation, and model quality monitoring.
- Experience with CI/CD and ML service support.
