tldr: Operational Efficiency Analyst, T-Business (M-segment) — 220–450k ₽ gross, hybrid or remote from Russia

T-Business is a T-Bank division for entrepreneurs and companies: 1.5 million clients and 30+ products. Our team is responsible for the efficiency of sales and development managers in large businesses (M-segment).

We are looking for an analyst who will drive the operational efficiency stream and answer key questions of the division: how to prioritize client interactions, how to effectively distribute a manager's working time, and how to distinguish real results from inflated metrics.

What you will do • Formulate, prioritize, and plan analytical tasks for the division. • Design experiments and summarize their results. • Apply ML approaches to improve the efficiency of operational processes. • Develop the analytical infrastructure and reporting for the division.

What we expect • Experience in product or data analytics. • Strong SQL + Python. • Understanding of basic ML concepts: classification, clustering, regression — and when each is appropriate. • Ability to design metrics and their evaluation criteria, experience with A/B tests or alternative hypothesis testing methods. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Redash, etc.).
