Looking for a 🔎 Product Analyst for an international fintech group.
The role focuses on multi-market operations: Malaysia, India, Indonesia + new markets under development. To be clear from the start: this is not about collecting reports on demand or BI development. The analyst here participates in product decisions and is responsible for what happens with them in terms of metrics.
Fully remote position 🌏
Responsibilities: — analysis of product and business metrics, identifying growth opportunities — formulating and testing hypotheses, participating in product decisions — designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests — developing and supporting analytical reporting in BI — translating insights into implemented changes and monitoring their impact
Profile: — 3+ years in product analytics — solid SQL, Python + data analysis libraries — A/B tests and understanding of the statistics behind them — Power BI / Tableau / Metabase or similar tools — English from B2 level — high level of autonomy and ability to influence priorities
