We are looking for experienced product analysts for Tochka Bank. We are creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by more than 800,000 clients.
About the Team
We are looking for specialists for three teams:
- Cross-sell. Over 70 salespeople and team leads help clients discover new services and products every day. We create technologies, data, and mechanics for them to ensure everything happens on time and is relevant.
- Cards. The most popular product at Tochka Bank. We are responsible for everything related to debit cards: their issuance for clients, transfers, ATMs, and, of course, revenue from all transactions.
- Tariffs. The team's main goal is to ensure high client profitability. We develop and improve Tochka's tariffs and subscriptions, test new approaches, launch promotions, and implement best practices. Additionally, we develop tariff and subscription services and help teams make informed decisions based on data, experiments, and hypothesis testing.
What You'll Do
- Make decisions based on data about the product, client, and their behavior.
- Prepare data and create information panels based on it — dashboards and visualizations.
- Work with internal business stakeholders to define requirements for metrics, data visualization, and their development.
- Create a financial model and maintain its transparency.
- Search for, connect, and support new data sources to ensure data quality meets all requirements.
- Participate in projects to improve process efficiency.
You're a Good Fit If You
- Have at least four years of experience as a product analyst.
- Know methods for researching client behavior, user scenarios, and product interaction.
- Are proficient in Power BI or similar tools like Tableau or QlikView, and can build a data visualization system for the team so that typical questions are answered without manual exports.
- Know SQL, can work with large volumes of data, and understand mathematical statistics.
- Have experience in building financial models, unit economics, and metrics trees.
- Have practical experience in establishing analytics within a product and specific cases where your analytics helped the business.
- Can clearly communicate information even to those who have a weak understanding of data.

- Official salary up to 390,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations — we will discuss them during the interview. This is the amount before taxes. Remember that starting in 2025, the personal income tax rate changes depending on the total income for the year.
