The «Business Sberbank Online» cluster in the «Sales in Sberbank Online» product team is looking for a Data Analyst. You will be at the very center of Sberbank's digital retail business. The team's main task is the organization and development of digital sales of PJSC products and the ecosystem. Sberbank Online is the main digital communication channel with the bank's clients.
Responsibilities
Working with Big Data, conducting analytical research
- analysis of the business effect of advertising campaigns
- preparation of conclusions based on a/b testing results
- compilation of campaign ratings based on key advertising metrics
- calculation of benchmarks for basic advertising metrics in the mobile application
- behavioral analysis – research on customer actions in different customer scenarios
- Ad-hoc analytics
Preparation of operational reporting
- analysis and evaluation of the dynamics of advertising campaign results
- monitoring the achievement of digital sales goals
- preparation of regular analytical digests on the cluster's performance results

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst (experience in the banking sector will be an advantage)
- Solid knowledge of:
