Portfolio Analyst

Responsibilities:

• assessment of the structure, quality, and dynamics of the credit portfolio. Monitoring risk parameters, identifying and forecasting problematic borrower segments;
• analysis of the impact of product strategy on portfolio performance;
• conducting and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of product and marketing solutions. Searching for and evaluating new data sources to improve decision-making quality;
• assessment of the impact of macroeconomic factors on the credit portfolio;
• close cooperation with related departments (products, debt collection, marketing) to optimize overall business processes;
• preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports on the state of the credit portfolio for management.

Requirements:

• ability to work with a large volume of information, analyze data;
• SQL, Python, skill in building reports in Power BI will be a plus, high-level proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables);
• fundamentals of mathematical modeling;
• higher mathematical/technical/economic education;
• communication skills, teamwork ability, analytical mindset, attention to detail.
