We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst / strong Middle+ for the Magnit Pay fintech division. The team develops product analytics and assesses how Magnit Pay affects Magnit's key business metrics — revenue, user acquisition and retention, customer behavior, and marketing activity effectiveness.
Tasks
- Calculate the effects of Magnit Pay on the business: RTO, DAC, Retention, and other key metrics
- Develop and maintain the methodology for calculating product, cohort, conversion, and operational indicators
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses on product growth areas, user behavior, and marketing campaigns
- Automate and maintain plan/actual analysis and regular reporting
- Create and develop data marts for product and marketing analytics
- Work with DataLens and Excel, prepare reports, exports, and analytical reconciliations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics
- Strong SQL and experience working with large volumes of data
- Experience with product metrics, funnels, cohorts, Retention, and conversions
- Ability to independently manage a task from business question to calculation, interpretation, and conclusions
- Experience in preparing BI and Excel reporting
Will be a plus
Experience in marketing analytics, causal inference / econometrics, and active use of AI assistants in work
